How do you do a dumbbell floor press?
Correct dumbbell floor press form - Keep your knees bent, and raise the weights by extending your arms until your elbows are locked out. Lower the weights until your upper arms just touch the floor. As your elbows touch the floor, pause for a count of two and then push the weights up by extending your elbows.

How to do it: Lie down on the floor with a dumbbell in each hand. Bend at the elbows and hold the weights above you. Press up and straighten your arms before pausing at the top of the rep and lowering slowly to the start position.
